Designing Intuitive Interfaces and accessibility with Customized UI

Accessibility standards:  We implemented a design that meets usability best practices and ADA accessibility criteria. We also use colors that ensure the level of contrast necessary for a clear reading and identification of iconography and text, complying with the WCAG standard.

Customer experience: We redesigned the interface focusing on RAD Manager and RAD Intake profiles, improving the user experience by making it more fluid and useful. We created custom prototypes for Baltimore City, highlighting Emphasys' customization capabilities.
