Xperience Design spearheaded the user experience design for Págalo web channel. Págalo App platform is dedicated to the management of electronic invoice payments for different types of businesses. Its web has the vocation to support the whole service. Our main challenge was to create an end-to-end solution that would serve as a financial integrator for businesses across the country. We set out to offer complete services ranging from accounts payable to accounts receivable, as well as other key financial processes.
Inspired by a thorough competitive analysis, we focus on developing essential business functionality from the ground up. Through in-depth research, collaborative ideation within the design team and continuous iteration, we work closely with product and development teams to evolve an exceptional Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
