## Overview

 

 Comfama is a family compensation fund in Antioquia, Colombia, that **promotes the well-being and social development of its members through services in employment, education, health, housing, and recreation.** With a focus on equity and access to opportunities,** it connects local talent with companies, promotes continuous training, offers housing subsidies, and fosters culture and social tourism,** establishing itself as a key player in the region's economic and social development.

### The challenge

How might we increase engagement and employability of talent sources in Antioquia's regions for vacancies that are currently unfilled or under-attended?

**Proposed Methodology**  
A solution tailored to employment in northern Antioquia was designed using ethnographic research and Human-Centered Design, creating the service’s name, narrative, and experience.
