Colombia Investment Fund is a **platform that facilitates financial portfolio management for clients seeking to optimize their wealth. Through diversified and personalized strategies, it offers financial products **designed to maximize returns and minimize risks. With a focus on transparency and expert guidance, its digital platform enables users to monitor investments, access real-time reports, and manage financial decisions efficiently and securely.

How could we orchestrate collaboration between diverse actors, vocations and functions within the Palermo Cultural project, ensuring that the resulting space is socio-culturally inclusive and relevant to local communities?

**Proposed Methodology**  
Focus groups and participatory workshops were held with various sociocultural actors to identify audiences, plan the strategic use of space and design an integrated experience within the urban fabric.

**Insight/Key Learning  
**Urban space reflects diverse and sometimes contradictory interests. The key was to find common ground that would allow the creation of an inclusive, contextualized sociocultural space with a productive vocation aligned with local needs.

**Impact/Results**  
Palermo Cultural has become a sociocultural reference, promoting debates on gentrification and the balance between the global and the local. The project generated tools to transform the city from a human-centered perspective (HCD).
